1. Merchant

2. Orders

An order is accepted once confirmed by email or phone. Prices are in euro and include VAT.

3. Delivery

Delivery is made by the courier chosen by the customer. Times and prices are described on the Delivery & payment page.

4. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days under the Consumer Protection Act.

5. Complaints

Complaints are accepted at the shop's email address. We respond within 14 days.
